About
Wanting to Buy, Sell or Rent a home?? Call on Anna to work for you! I am a lifelong Northern VA resident and understand the area. The intricacies of being able to commute easily to and from work are crucial here. I work on my client's behalf to find the home they want and where they want it.

I enjoy meeting new clients and helping them buy or sell. Buying is like being on a treasure hunt. Selling is all about timing and pricing. Selling can be quick if those two things are done right from the beginning.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyer consultations are available. We will go over your needs and wants from the buying process. We will also begin the process of getting new buyers a pre-approval from a reputable lenders.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically a Seller or Landlord will pay my commission fee. In these cases, buyers get free representation for me to work on their behalf.
How did you get started in this business?
After I purchased my own home, I got my license. Unfortunately, this was right when the housing bubble of 2008 burst. I put my career on hold to attend to my new baby but came back to it in 2011 when the housing market began its recovery. I came back into the business mainly to begin real estate investing. I never lost hope in the value of owning real estate. Along the way, I became successful in helping buyers and sellers who are all looking for the same value that drew me back into the business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with Buyers and Sellers of all types. First time homeowners, first time homesellers, downsizing clients, clients moving into larger homes, newly relocated clients, Military clients with VA home loans, Foreign buyers, Wholesale investors for buying and selling, clients purchasing short sales, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of the best experiences I can have is getting my clients the deal they want! I had a client going through a very tough time personally and although they were very nervous/anxious about the possibility of everything going wrong, it all worked out with the timelines they wanted and the financial deal they wanted!!
I've had a few deals that I was able to manage to get my buyers a few thousand dollars off the asking price. Let me save YOU some money!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet your agent and make sure you like them. Make sure they set expectations. Our work sometimes involves a level of uncertainty but make sure they are able to give you worst case scenarios and best case scenarios upfront so there is no miscommunication later on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A good real estate agent should be able to walk you through the process. If you have any questions while they are explaining, feel free to ask. No question is too dumb. Even if you decide that you are not in a position to do something right away, any agent should be eager to answer your questions and coach you through what needs to be done while you get yourself ready.
