What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients need to sign a release form that gives me permission to groom their pet, and ensures they're vaccinations are up to date. From there, we go over the look you want, along with any special concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aussie Pet Mobile has provided all the training and experience. I work for them full time but always have room for more cuteness.
