About
I understand the animal and i adjust my service to them. I take my time and not rush through it. If the animal needs a break then i give them one.
I love being around animals and dealing with them. I enjoy seeing them afterwards and how much better they feel.

How did you get started in this business?
Doing my own dogs and doing favors for my friends dogs. I really enjoyed doing back then put never had the option to go out and try my own business. Now that I have the opportunity, I am going for it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All of my customers have been very nice and very helpful. I have not had a dissatisfied or rude customer yet.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was grooming a dog a few days ago the had pulled her ACL. I was very easy with her and she let me do what I needed without hurting her . She was so good and when I was finished and looked in her eyes they were telling me Thank You with the sweetest grin like . It was awesome!!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would make sure they are their for the animal and just not the money. While talking with them to setup a appointment, try to pick up on their answers and tone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How they trim or cut animals. Are they capable of doing special cuts. I have a anxious and scared dog, are you familiar handling that. Just ask questions that are concerning to you.
