What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client consultation via phone or text to discuss grooming needs and set an appointment. Grooming style and specifics will also be discussed during your appointment to taylor your pets groom more specifically, creating a customized personal groom for your pet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified grooming instructor for cat and dog grooms. I was trained under a veterinarian staff and doctor for special needs / medical grooming as well. I have worked with animals since 2005 and completed my grooming training in 2007 after a undergoing an intensive one year apprenticeship with a master groomer.
