Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The usual process for working with new customers is I will arrive at their home or where the work is to be performed. Evaluate their needs and estimate the materials required. then purchase whats required and perform the work. I never charge a premium for materials and usually get a discount when I purchase them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had extensive electrical training through the Military as well as hold an Associate degree from Thomas Edison State college in Applied sciences electrical systems. I am always reviewing the National Electrical Code to ensure I am up to date on the current code.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as an Aviation Electrician in the U.S. Navy and was Honorably Discharged in 1999, where I returned home to Las Vegas NV and pursued a career in electrical services becoming a journeyman and foreman for several companies. After the events of September 11th I re-enlisted in the Navy as my same rate and still currently serve as an Avionics Master Chief. My main reason for doing this work is to keep myself in the mainstream and up to date as the Navy will someday be a past experience.
