What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk over the phone via text, phone call, or email i am flexible. I like to get informed on what they want for their companion and what their longterm outlook is. I usually then will set up and date and time to meet with them and then start training process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained 5 dogs in total and 2 cats. I have also worked with guinea pig, hamsters, and bunny rabbits.
