What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial interview with my customers is by telephone. We have a discussion to assess their needs then we schedule a face to face. I usually introduce them to one of my prefered lenders to pre-qualify them and determine a realistic price point and then off to the fun stuff!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Real Estate Broker for 25 years. I started in So, Fla then on to NYC and for the past 20 years or so Northern VA. DC metro. I am currently an Associate Broker at Realty ONE Group in Mclean, VA ( DC METRO)
How did you get started in this business?
I come from a family of Realtors and land developers
