We are a team of "Lifetime Top Producers" serving Prince William, Fairfax, Fauquier and Loudoun Counties who are Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE.) We handle Short Sales, REO Bank sales & normal Resale’s- buying or selling.
I truly LOVE my job! I find so much enjoyment helping my clients with this enormous task, of selling thier home or finding the perfect one.
My Real Estate career started in Maryland as a teenager helping my mother who was an agent for over 30 years with RE/MAX. I then moved to Virginia to start a family and became licenced in 2004 as a full time Realtor in VA.
Since the very beginning I have been awarded the 100% Club, Top Producer, Lifetime Top Producer and Platnum Club.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My new customers always get 100% of my time when we meet. I make sure to formulate a plan to meet their individual goals/needs. Everyone seems to be different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the business. My degree was in Photography, so I add a lot of great photos to all my listings.
How did you get started in this business?
My mother was a Realtor with RE/MAX for 30+ years and I worked with her in Maryland while I went to college.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types...First time home buyers, Military, renters, investors and luxury.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for an agent who cares about your specific needs! It sounds like such a basic concept but I hear from so many clients who have not experienced this in the past.
Know that I make your goals mine.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How an agent communicates, how often and when. There are a lot of agents you cannot get in touch with after you hire them. Most do this part time and are not around when you need them - nights and weekends. I am a full time agent and make sure you are my priority from the first meeting to the closing table.
