I have a true passion for real estate. While raising five young children, I often helped friends with their home search, providing input and feedback. They would joke that I was their "unofficial" real estate agent.
When my youngest started school 6 years ago, I decided to make it official. Now as a full-time Realtor, I have been able to realize my dream of helping others find the perfect home.
As a seller's agent, I use professional photography and videogrpahy and home staging to make your house stand out above the rest. I employ the latest in social media advertising to get your listing out to more potential buyers.
As a buyer's agent, I work tirelessly until we have found the home that is perfect for you. Whether it takes 6 days or 6 months, my goal is to find the one house that you can be excited about. I walk through every step of the escrow and closing process with you so there are no surprises and you have a smooth transition into your new home.
I love everything about real estate! That may seem unusual, but my love of all things housing is a true passion I've had since I was young. New houses, old house, buying, purchasing, renting - I truly enjoy it all! But the most rewarding times have been when I've helped a client buy or sell a home who didn't think they would be able to make it happen.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with each potential client in person to see if we are a good fit. I explain what I can offer as your real estate agent, explain the services I provide and show examples of past listings and reviews from previous clients. I always want each client to feel comfortable asking as many questions as possible as I go through the home buying or selling process. Once the decision has been made to move forward, I am in regular contact to make sure that all your housing needs are being met.
