About
I have over 22 years experience working with real estate clients that buy and sell homes. I became a real estate broker in 2016 to know more to do more for my clients. I sold a home in Woodbridge, VA $15,000 over list price and a home in McLean, VA for $8,000 over list price because I am a Master Negotiator. I really enjoy the real estate business and helping people.
Buying and selling homes is very personal and important. I truly like helping people, negotiating and ensuring my clients have the best financial outcome on time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak/meet with people to learn what their real estate objective is. When we agree to work togehter, and they beome clients, I move forward with a system that works. In addition, I founded a design company, Staging, Spaces & Makeovers. I know exactly what to do to highlight the best features of a home so buyers will envision themselves living there.
