What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak over the phone or meet face to face to understand their home buying criteria. I also see what type of financing they will use. If they do not understand the different financing scenarios, I will educate them in the different types
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal Sales training. I was an outside sales rep for 20 years before real estate. Also I was a loan originator.

First time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, sellers underwater. Divorced sellers, estate property, foreclosures
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This past Summer I went to the Citi Open which is a big tennis tournament in the DC are. I have been playing tennis for the last 48 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet with the pro face to face and get some referrals before making the final decision
