What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a phone conversation or short in-person meeting to discuss the project scope, goals, timeline, etc. After that, I customize the process depending on the type of assistance you are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.F.A. in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. 3 years of experience working in the mutlifamily residential industry. 2 years working as the DC in-home consultation and sales lead designer for an online design company. 3 months of work with a full-scope restaurant designer/architect.
