What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do a physical inspection of the roof even though we have the technology to see it via satellite. We always submit before, during and after pictures to an active link which the client can access at any time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the business as a child and continued with the business after graduating from college.
