Harold Franklin is the best Real Estate Agent Ive ever had. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process after I bid on & win foreclosure properties & alert him of the purchase. He does fantastic research for me prior to the auction on the comps in that area, which is extremely valuable to me to ensure my bid at the auction will allow me to get the return on my investment. He is helpful in answering my questions on potential upgrades to the property to sufficiently upgrade it to the market value for resale, to helping me stage the property for open house. I dont think my real estate investment business would be as successful without my Real Estate Agent Harold Franklin.

Harold is a seasoned realtor and knows the ins and outs of this profession. We have used Harold to buy and 5 years later sell our home. He was referred to us by family who used him to buy their home. We,also, referred him to our friend who also bought and sold their home with Harolds help. This circle of referrals just kept growing with all parties involved extremely satisfied with the service that Harold provided.
