About
I let me clients do the talking.
I became licensed in 2004 and I have worked with and learned from some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance my understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Since then I have worked in all facets of Real Estate from Finance, to listing and selling homes. As a military veteran myself, I specialize and love working with military families. I have a CNHS designation (Certified New Home Sales) from my advanced training on how to help negotiate around the builder's representatives who are there to represent the builder and not the buyers. "This was the BEST home shopping experience that I have ever encountered. Local knowledge: I was very impressed with Tony's knowledge of the different areas around PG county though not his specific area. Tony & I was a TEAM!!! He cared about my financial interest. I would highly recommend Tony without hesitation." - Angela M., Laurel, MD
"My experience with Tony was superior! As a single parent, fulltime job and relocating across the country. The selling of a home was unfamiliar grounds for me. Tony was the perfect Realtor for me, he knew exactly what he was doing from start to end and had a contract on the house within 30 days." - Jonathan M., Accokeek, MD "We had a Realtor assigned to us by USAA but was always busy and didn't have time to show us houses at our liking. Tony's professionalism is beyond reproach, but even better than that we gained a valuable friend. In short from this day forward whether I buy or sale a home I will use Tony, I would also recommend him to people I know looking to buy or sale." - Raymond B., Bethesda, MD I am a proud team member at REMAX 100, we create a one of a kind real estate experience through a high-touch and high-tech approach while adding value in the communities in which we live and work. Through team work, training at its highest level, and empowering each other to believe in what they're doing and doing it to the best of their abilities. We strive to be the leader in the Real Estate market in the Maryland area by treating our clients with honesty, integrity, impeccable customer service, helping others, and serving our community. My sole purpose is to help you accomplish your goals and exceed your expectations. I am committed to providing the highest level of service to ensure that every transaction is smooth and that your experience in buying or selling real estate is life enhancing. I believe in honor, integrity, education and results. I use the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. I will make sure you understand the process from start to finish, by speaking to the lender about your options, to the home inspection and all the way to your closing. I pride myself on accountability, attention to detail and the greatest personal service allowing me to build lifelong relationships with my clients. For me, it's not about helping you purchase one home, it's about helping you purchase a lifetime of homes, and becoming your friend and Realtor for life. You win in life by helping others.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meeting with the client to go over the process and what to expect. A lot of times we meet at the house the see the house first and foremost so they can see the house.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As a Buyer's Agent I have never charged a buyer a commission fee in the last 15 years as it is being paid by the sellers. As a Listing Agent, I have a couple of options I share with the sellers just depends on how much they want to be involved with the selling process or if they want me to handle everything.
What types of customers have you worked with?
young, old, military, First Time Home Buyer's, Investors, Owners with multiple properties, ocean front.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would just say speak to that person and get a feel on how the conversation goes, because everyone is not always a good fit for a particular buyer or seller. You can usually tell by just carry on a conversation with that person if there a good fit or not. You can have all the designations in the world but doesn't mean a hill of beans if you can't communicate well and get along with that individual your speaking to.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have they spoken to a lender yet to find out what meets their budget and financial needs.
