At first, he used an inexperienced plank floor installer who used up 4 boxes of tiles @ $89./bx. He did not stay and observe this persons efficiency and realized later that day when he showed up that it was unacceptable. The next day he brought another more experienced Installer and removed all the tile and started from scratch. Very unprofessional!! The new Installer did a very good job. I would not hire Mr. RL Martin again.
