Residential - 3 hours for general cleaning services - $150
Residential - 4 hours of general cleaning services - $175
A jobsite walk-thru will be required for all other services.

BCS has worked with multiple customers as follows:
1. Individuals in their private home/apartments/condos for residential cleaning.
2. Insurance companies such as State Farm and AllState.
3. Real Estate Agents for move-in/move out cleanings.
4. Retail stores such as Michael Kors and Louis Vuitton.
5. Contractors such as Hensel Phelps and RAND Construction.
6. Management companies for property cleanings such as condominiums.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
BCS is fond of BNI Extreme Networks located in Waldorf, MD. They are a group of business owners that meet weekly to discuss business techniques and to pass referrals with each other (to help another colleague business grow).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
BCS would advise the customer to understand the difference between general cleaning and deep cleaning. BCS would also advise the customer about applying certain cleaning products to certain surfaces.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should think about how often they want their facility/home cleaned. They should also think about their budget.
