I have years of experience with grooming and i Love it! I actually just recently switched to a different career field and sincerely miss my daily dose of Pups! I enjoy being able to connect with animals every time I work. I love seeing the progress in dogs that were initially aggressive or anxious to actually being excited to see me or even wag their tail a little more and be less stressed, knowing I contributed to their view of this and their world being a little better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I would like to be able to gather a little more information on the Pet & expectations of the Pet Parent.
Then I can give a better estimate of wants, needs and costs, which will vary.
What Time/Date/Place works for you?!
Of course, we would then need to communicate on a Time and Place to meet. We can Coordinate and Confirm via Phone. During these conversations we can discuss your preferences on how you also feel comfortable going about this process including cares or concerns you would like us to work out. Usually it has worked out best for me to Utalize Petco Unleashed services, which have a bathing area, velocity dryer and Grooming Table readily available to use with only a $10 fee. If you have any other suggestions I am open to hear them. Outside of the tub and dryer I do have all of the Grooming essentials.
Meet&Greet!
After Gathering all the information and Setting a time that is convenient for you, I would like to Show Face & Shake Paws.
For example, a really aggressive dog I might want to work with for a while and overtime in order to insure 1) The Pet's Safety and 2) The Relationship between the Dog and the Groomer/Process is introduced safely and properly.
