What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some customers have a very good idea what they need or want when replacing a system, in which we just come in and execute. When calling for repair or service your initial call will be to the same technician that will arrive at your home or business. We will schedule a time to diagnose the system and get a brief description of what may be wrong. Once we know what the failure is, we will suggest several options and recommendations. From there the decision is all yours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Commercial Apprenticeship Program. Continuing education through Trane, Carrier, Mitsubishi, LG and other building service licences.
