What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very simple in a way that I listen to customers for their issues and try to satisfy them and make them comfortable by giving them guarantee of work.if something has to be change then explain them in simple words.also follow up on the work I have done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Va hvac master license,cfc universal certificate and also I am hvac journeyman from Maryland.

Yes We give flat rate quotes upfront(parts +labor)and if customers agree then I begin to work on the units ,that way our customers don't have to worry about hourly rate or charging too much money.
How did you get started in this business?
I went to technical college to begin hvac trade in 2007.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with nice customers and rude customers.some people don't have money to install new systems so I have fixed there old systems with low cost.i like to give honest services with fair price.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My recent project was to fix someone unit which has a malfunction ez-trap for condensation.i ordered the part and installed it as scheduled.fixed there issue by giving them honest service at fair price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to the customers is that make sure the person or company you are hiring is licensed and insured and they can get the job done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should think about their budget,time (how long it will take to complete task),and very important if the professional is real in a way that he has hvac experience also carry the license for pulling necessary permits to complete the jobs.
