What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very outgoing people! We love meeting our customers in person. We offer rough estimates over the phone with photos of what's to be worked on but we always request an in person consultation- free of course!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Abe started out as a DIY handyman, doing small repairs and renovations. He attended school for construction and design and soon opened his own remodeling company focusing primarily on kitchen and bathrooms. Over the years, Abe has attended many classes and certification programs and has branched out into complete home remodeling and flipping, as wel as, commercial remodels/renovations. He attends most every Home & Garden Remodel Show in the NOVA area to stay up to date on design, pricing, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based on the individual's wants/needs. Because there is no standard remodel or repair, we like to provide pricing after speaking with someone or receiving photos or a summarized paragraph of what is needed- the overall price typically doesn't stray too far from what is initially quoted.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with individual persons/families needing small repairs and updates, commercial properties needing fresh paint and built in bookcases, condominium properties needing overall buiding renovations and their individual tenants, etc. We service a very wide demographic and area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take your time and get to know your contractor. ASK QUESTIONS!!! Always ask questions! We get several clients that are afraid to ask questions in fear of being too specific- but this is a service that you are paying for AND have to live with so make sure you are getting exactly what you want when it comes to you remodel or renovation!!
