I've been working in IT and help desk services for over 15 years. I love all things tech and love to teach and learn. My goal is to make technology usable and convenient, as it was meant to be. We all know these devices that are supposed to lighten the load and make our lives easier can be impossible at times. The best we can do is keep those moments limited to few and far between. Routine maintenance can reduce these issues and that is my goal.
