What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally would ask the client to fill-out a questionnaire so I better understand them when it comes to their design in there home. The customer will invite me to their home .
I will then focus on the area's of the client's home they are needing design in. I will take measurements of rooms .Ask to take pictures of their rooms that I am focusing on . I will go over questionaire before I leave the clien't home to make sure details are not missed. I then make appiontment with the client to re-visit the showroom for a presentation were then we will look over floor plans review fabrics and furniture pieces that will be incorporated in thier new design for the home. We will agree with the selections and write all up all new items for the design and pay for them to start the process for delivery. I will stay intouch throughout the entire time until the design is complete in the clients home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My exexperience is 20 yrs of Interior Design
and 12 yrs of Visual Display Design.
