What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an online meeting to learn more about you and your project and to see if we are a fit for each other.
If yes, we then come to your home to meet in person and get to know your existing home situation better. We discuss options and the process to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Utah, Licensed Architect in California, Utah, and Idaho, 45 years experience.

Because we focus on the more complex additions and remodeling to existing homes our fees are typically 20 to 12 percent of the construction costs. We offer discounts to our clients who prepay for each phase of our services.
