Monica Cook is a Real Estate Expert and Investor entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Monica has spent the last 17 years learning the ins and outs of the mortgage, real estate, home flipping and vacation rental business. She currently manages her real estate, investing team, helping clients, and students navigate through the complexities of real estate on a day-to-day basis.
Monica has closed more than 100 mortgage and 200 real estate transactions, making her distinguished in her field. She helps students remodel and flip homes, teaching the techniques of negotiating short-sells, acquiring foreclosures, rentals and vacation rentals.

I enjoy helping people obtain homeownership its the american dream and for some it will never be. But for those we are able to help, we look to work with them long term in teaching them pay there homes off in under 10 yrs while adding other real estate to there portfolio for cash flow so they can leave behind an inheritance to there loved ones.
