Our founder Rhett Allen grew up both in the San Francisco Bay Peninsula and Salt Lake County, and definitely surrounded himself with many diverse cultures. After moving to Utah he had the privilege of watching the diversity grow in this state. This state is well-rounded and full of great potential in so many ways, the economy continues to stay strong and is truly a great environment for all walks of life.
After being involved in real estate and marketing one way or another for over 20 years, Rhett began to notice a trend by some of the other high volume real estate top producers, lead generators, and other agents that have been lacking! Lacking in compassion and sincerity of putting a clients needs first based before the simple ease of technology today, the lack of a true human touch we like to say. Call it a lack of training, standards, or morals, he knew that he couldn’t do anything about what they were doing currently but could change the way clients and others perceived what is expected of a Realtor and definitely one with heart one client at a time.
To go above and beyond for a client should always be the staple when buying or selling their families largest investment in their lifetime.
We take pride in the extra quality service and care provided to our clients some would call a “retro” approach. The Rhettro Team will happily take a “retro” approach, we are not a fast food real estate team and don’t push you through a grinder to have you spit out the other side just for a commission check.

Finding out more about a client, their needs, what is motivating a move, and what their top wish list is provides me the tools to find the most ideal buyer or seller to work with. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been involved in real estate, executive corporate solutions, and marketing one way or another for over 20+ years. Real Estate and Entrepreneurship has been a long tradition in my family from parents all the way through to 2nd cousins twice removed. I have had the pleasure of assisting both first time home buyers and all the way through the ranks to seasoned investors.

Whether your real estate purchase or sale is $100,000.00 or $100,000,000.00+ your satisfaction is always my #1 priority. Single family homes, luxury properties, and investment portfolios are all equally important to me with my clients.
