Most Real Estate Companies and Agents are pretty much all the same in the aspect of what they can offer their clients. We started The HomeOwnership Company in 2016 as a Real Estate and Mortgage Company that would change the industry.
We saw all the costs involved in buying a home and started a program that no other company has tried to copy. With our buyer's program we give our buyers thousands of dollars from our commissions. First, we pay our clients closing costs, which saves our clients 2-3% of the purchase price. Next, we put thousands of dollars towards buying down your interest rate. Most of our clients save over $100 a month with their monthly payments.
When selling a home, most Real Estate Companies charge a 6% fee to list and sell a home. The HomeOwnership Company offers the same or better service as the 6% guys, but our fee for service is only 4%. Our professional service and lower fees ensure our clients walk away with more money from the sale of their homes.
