What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preference is do meet and have a "get to know you" consultation. I ask them to fill out a short form that gives me information about their birthdays, hobbies, favorite restaurants etc...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Realtor you have to pass 120 hours of classroom hours to get licensed and 18 hours of continuing education every 2 years. I just getting my Brokers license which was an addtional 120 hours and testing which I have completed.
