I'm one of "those agents" who thinks, but also KNOWS that I am the right strategic partner for those looking to be successful with their Real Estate goals.
1) I work whenever my clients require, and because I serve 33x more clientele than the average agent, I'm working pretty much all the time.
2) My business is 90% referral based, which means I provide satisfaction to my clients and their friends + family.
3) I serve a vast radius: Box Elder, Cache, Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah and Millard counties.
4) I work with buyers and sellers & as such I ensure massive success for my clientele because I understand what each expect in the role they're in and then advise both accordingly.
5) I'm connected. I was on my local Planning & Zoning commission 3 years while building my brand, a member of the Womens Council of Realtors, on the board of Education and in closing 65+ deals last year (hundreds over my career) I am respected in the community and highly anticipated when I approach a competitive situation with my clientele. I get things done.
6) I love giving back and being a part of the community, as well as my clients lives. We do client appreciation events, volunteer work, giveaways, house warming parties and I recently was selected to be on a national TV show featuring 12 of the top agents in Utah-showcasing Utah and my clients experiences. The vast majority of my clientele become my friends and a  part of my life.
7) I have found what I'm meant to do in life and as such, I create success in a positive manner, alleviating stress for others along the way.
Honestly, I could share a ton of reasons with you as to why I'm different, and genuinely so. But, most people feel the difference when they meet me and see my energy & skillset.

I always recommend a face to face consultation with my clients. We discuss goals, game planning, strategy, the market, financing and why me! From there we set up our timeline and begin the journey to selling or buying a home.
