After 32 yrs grooming I still love the look on the owners face when their pet is clean and gorgeous...my service is special because it's a more personal one on one experience than most salons...there's no leaving your pet for4 or more hours .. I groom each clients pet straight through start to finish... ♥️♥️

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and call them before coming so they can get more acquainted with who I am and my sincerity towards my love for animals then i give my qualifications, and my experience, then I ask for information on their furry friends, behavior, special needs( which I'm qualified for most)skin problems or moles or injuries etc., and then of course answer any questions they may have..I get vaccination j to..(.very important for amimsls yo be up to date)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I accomplished the PetSmart apprentice grooming program inn,1993....since then I've attended grooming seminars, pet expos( super zoo) also durring the covid crisis I attended classes online, ( hand stripping) the last workshop i attended in February was a skin and coat pet dermatology class to better understanding of the way pet shampoos work with your pets coat and skin.. show clips workshop, terrier breeds certified.....
