We love helping our customers with the projects we are eligible to do. We do our best to travel to our future customers to get acquainted and go over the details of their project. I, Viliami have been in this work field for over a decade now. Although I worked for family members or close friends, I have finally took it upon myself to get my own license to provide for my family during this pandemic. I promise that my employees and I do a super efficient and fast job. Whatever your project is, if it fits us..we are ready to go!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me either by phone or email. I do my best to schedule an appointment ASAP to meet in person so that I could give them an estimate of their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my contracting license. I was able to get it last year.
How did you get started in this business?
I've gained a lot of work experience over the years while working under family members and close friends.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you have blueprints of your project or you've measured the area that you want work done on, it will be so much easier for us to move forward.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Pricing. If I bid out of your budget it is okay for you to ask why I gave you that bidding. I won't hesitate to let you know.
