What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial Phone/Facetime consultation at no charge to get to know each other and determine the scope of the project. Next, we estimate the design service fee and prioritize the steps for the project. We set a budget then start designing and creating luxurious spaces for our clients!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Roy brings over 33 years of experience in the design and furnishings industry, working with American-made manufacturers, stone suppliers, art brokers, and many more specialties. He has worked in multiple markets across the US, including Atlanta, Boston, Scottsdale, and Dallas. Diane has over 13 years experience as an independent residential designer in Dallas. She graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University with an MBA and in conjunction with her design talent, excels in project and process management, allowing MTI to deliver projects on time and on budget.
