What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

HOW IT WORKS

My goal is to improve the lives of my clients by listening to them and creating an environment that is unique to them and is functional, safe, comfortable and beautiful.

The way we work is to interview you and ask you a lot of questions about your likes, dislikes, how you want to use each room, what type of comfort you want and many more questions so that we can develop the best design for you.

Next, we come up with a budget for your project. You may not know how much it will cost to furnish your home, but after we interview you and find out what your needs are, I will be able to give you an idea of what the costs are and then you can tell me if you want the budget to be a little higher or lower. No matter who you work with, a designer should put together a detailed budget based on your needs.

We then make the presentation to you (floor plan, CAD, PowerPoint and fabric boards). You tell us if you would like us to make any changes. We will work on it until you are happy. Because we buy direct from the manufactures, we will be able to give you 30-40% off on most items.

We are a little different than most interior designers in that we buy direct from the manufactures. I have been in the design business a long time and I have great sources at direct pricing.

I am a pofessional member of ASID and have pasted the NCIDQ exam (National Councilfor Interior Design Qualification)

I have many hours of class room training and over 35 years of experience.

We are a little different than most interior designers in that we buy direct from the manufactures. I have been in the design business a long time and I have great sources at direct pricing.
