What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A full rundown or your pets needs and requirements is necessary. Grooming can take anywhere from 1 hour to 4 depending on the behavior of the pet and condition of the coat. It's best to have an idea of what you would like or expect from me haircut wise. If your dog is exceptionally matted/has skin issues/underlying health issues or is elderly, additional charges may apply. If your not sure of the style or length, I'm more then happy to go over it with you at checkin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of grooming experience both in private and corporate salons.
