What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Important: We do NOT offer same day services. We are often booked up for two-three weeks for new customer appointments so if you need grooming before that time we probably are not a good choice for grooming your pet. After the However, after your fist appointment you are able to book your appointments in advance. After the customer books on the website I will call to verify the information is correct and give a quote for the pricing. After everything is agreed upon, I approve the appointment if there is no conflict with scheduling or find a time that works for the customer. If the customer has trouble booking the appointment, I will manually put the appointment in when they call on the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years working in all types of grooming establishments such as private shops to corperate shops to pet hospitals and mobile grooming.
