What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The styling process starts with a consultation. We offer virtual and on-site consults which consist of a walk through of your potential space, snap shots and measurements. The client and the stylist will discuss the vision, design style, and client's set budget for the project. Within 24-48 hours from the initial consultation, a personalized concept board and a detailed decor invoice for the client's project is sent via email to the client to review. We schedule a call with the client to comb through the presented invoice and finalize the adjustments. Once the client's payment is received, shopping and sourcing of decor items begins. A potential date of installation is scheduled and the magic takes place. That's it! The process is seamless!

At this time, our virtual consultations are $65 and our on-site consultations are $130(half goes towards project if hired)

What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with college students, bachelors, married couples, etc...those clients who need functionality and those that want a picture perfect magazine vibe. Our clients range in various age groups, demographics, some with selective budgets and or no budget. We cater to clients who don’t mind giving us full creative control if they don't have a design clue and also to our clients that know exactly what they want!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the provider you choose listens to your thoughts, ideas and goals. You should sense a feeling of trust and comfortability when working with your selected pro.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What feeling do I want to ignite once my project is complete? What is my realistic budget amount I have set aside to complete my project? Am I comfortable giving my chosen designer some creative control over my project?
