What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process takes up to an hour and a half. All packages includes the bath/brush, nail trim and nailgrind, ear cleaning/plucking, teethbrushing with oral spray, anal gland expressing, and bows/bandanas
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Biology w/ minor in psychology, Certified lab technician, 9 years experience in grooming.
