Heidi and company have groomed to perfection every one of my beloved Shih Tzus. Whether they are in full show coat or clipped in a teddy bear they always look fantastic. Ive enjoyed our decades old relationship. (PS I love listening to her talk to the dogs. SHES the dog whisperer!)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have our customers bring their dog in the morning and we get as much information about the type of groom the client is looking for. We will make recommendations based on current state and do the best we can to make the customers vision come to life in a clean, smelling goodm and, freshly groomed man or woman's best friend.
