What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a team of three listing agents and five buyers agents. We invest over $15,000 a month in online advertising which means your home will be seen on all the major third party sites like Zillow and Realtor.com but even more importantly, our contact info is listed on these sites and not another random Realtor. This means we take every call coming in about your home. My team of buyers agents are available and ready to show your home to any incoming lead the same day and we have great success selling your home from one of our incoming leads

We offer so much for our sellers including all the standards. Free staging, photography and facebook/instagram advertising is only the start. We communicate with you never leaving you wondering what’s going on during the process. My Success Team includes a listing coordinator who manages all the team members who get your home ready for the market, my marketing coordinator handles all the open house ads and online exposure. My data coordinator puts together your weekly market stats comparing your home’s exposure to the other homes you are competing against. She also is reaching out along with myself to every agent who shows your home to ensure we go to every length needed to obtain showing feedback. My transaction coordinator watches your file closely as it goes under contract to ensure we never miss deadlines and preps for a smooth close. Finally my client care coordinator assists in making sure we went above and beyond during and after the sale. I’ll communicate weekly with you, talk your through offers with great guidance and advice from my 11+ years as a Realtor. You’ll never feel alone. We’ll get the job done.
