The towing occurred at the time that I arranged and as we discussed. One thing that we did not discuss was the additional $5.00 charge for using a credit card. This towing company has 2 different companies. One starts at $75 and the other starts at $85. When I called I did not know this because the numbers are the same. I thought I was calling the one that started at a flat rate of $75. When I did call was given a quote of $85 flat rate which I excepted. The extra $5 for using a credit card was unexpected.
