We like to get all the info on the assist needed, then we ask if they are safe to wait until we arrive. After speaking with the customer and get all details, we give them a reasonable quote ( we like to awnser and explain how we go about our quotes). We try are very best to reach the customer within 45 min or less depending on the circumstances and area there are at..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken c.a.r.z education program and I am certified, basically shows how to relate to all matters within your car hooking, too talking to people correct, and what procedure to take Incase things go in a different direction. I’ve taken I.M license, for major accident and cleanup.

Its really hard to give a standard price, different jobs and vehicle have different recommendations to get the job right.

In 2011 si use to help a friend of mine from time to time by strapping down cars’, then I end it up getting my license for towing and going on jobs on my own, eventually I ended up buy a truck working for myself..
