A customer called at 3:05 pm she was blocking traffic at the corner of Fredericksburg and Vance Jackson, we had a driver respond within 20 minutes to assist. The customer was happy with service, time, and price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are over 200 towing companies in San Antonio. To find a good rate always look for a towing company within 5-10 miles from, also find a company that is Licensed and Bonded.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Having and knowing all proper information is a plus.
