First - Free quote and walk-thru.
2nd - Move foward - we discuss scope of project material needed any possible problems that could arise, and a start date
3rd - from start to finish we give each client a start and targeted completion date with step by step days for any demo, prepping, and installing.

14 years experience remodeling homes and handy work.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All services have a standard pricing standard. Pricing for flooring cost for labor can range from $3 - $8 or more depending on tile, style and other factors. Pricing does not include material.

Im fond of many events, some are easy and some are hard. Customer satisfaction is the primary goal
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check references from past jobs if possible. Most of my new clients comes from referrals from past jobs. The honesty of customes can be great help in finding your next pro.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
No questions is a bad question. What ever question you may think of is a good one.
Mainly how big is the job that needs to be done. Sometimes what you dont see could put you in a new cost bracket your not prepared for.
You also want to know how long job will take in case you have plans.
