What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we go out to see what the customer wants done at their home and make sure e can do it safely. Once we know we can get it done safely, we get and agreement typed up showing the customer a breakdown of the job including materials and labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ive been doing this work since 2010, started my own comany in 2014. since thanive learn from trial and error and have perfected my craft.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
this past christmas i had the oppurtinity to dress up as santa claus and hand out gifts to kids. it was the smiles on theirs faces that made me realize why i did it. they thought that i had made their christmas but in reality they made mine. :)

make sure that they pay attention to the details, its all about the details..
