I really enjoy what I do because I get to help owners train their dog(s) and help them have a better understanding of how to "read" their dog's body language. I also enjoy working with the dog one on one so that I can build a good working foundation for it's owner. The owner has a good time learning with me because I make it fun and entertaining and Im always happy to answer any questions they may have. It's all about
I am a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator so if you are wanting specialized training in orser to achieve that title, I am more than qualified to help you reach that goal.
I am a certified dog trainer through the Animal Behavior College (ABC) program and have been so for more than 10 years and also have 10 years experience in pack management of big and little dogs ranging from 15 in a pack, up to 50.
I am also an active member and the secretary of German Shorthaired Pointer Club of San Antonio. I own German Shorthairs and enjoy participating in AKC sponsored events and encourage others to become interested in participating in events with their dogs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer reaches out to me initially, I will call or text the potential customer to get a better understanding of what needs the customer is looking to achieve with their dog and discuss their options and then if that is something that the customer wants, I will get their address and make arrangements to meet them at their home on a day that works out best for both me and the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified dog trainer through Animal Behavior College(ABC).
I am a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen(CGC) evaloator.
I have 10 years of pack management and understanding of dog behavior.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system is such that I require full payment of services per each training session with the owner and their dog given at any location that the service is being offered.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business because I wanted to help dog owners train their dogs have a better understanding of their dogs in an effort to keep "untrained" or "unmanageable " pet dogs out of shelters.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be prepared to put in the time needed to achieve the desired goals with their dog(s). This will not be a "one and done my problems are fixed, oh no why is my dog not listening to me" type of training. Understand that all unwanted behavior from their dog was unintentionally brought on by them and that the dog is not at fault. Be prepared to pay the dog trainer whatever their fee is for all of the time involved in helping you with your animal.
