I’ve always loved working with dogs and pursued that passion in 2010 when I trained and certified as a dog trainer through ABC. I focus on positive reinforcement and improving communication between you and your dog through personalized and fun training designed to meet you and your dogs needs and goals. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a consultation, preferably in home where we do a meet and greet, go over routines, problem behaviors, and discuss your goals. From there we come up with a game plan based on those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through Animal Behavior College in 2010, where I was fortunate to have an amazing mentor that had multiple years and practices under her belt. I trained privately in NC until moving to Texas in 2013. I then trained and mentored through Petco until 2015 and branched off to train privately.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge based on hourly sessions and do offer a military and senior discount. All pricing based on San Antonio area.
How did you get started in this business?
I’ve always loved work with dogs, specifically rescues, and found I had a knack for it working in a local shelter. I fell in love and decided to pursue this as a career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! From basic obedience and puppies, to anxiety and behavioral issues. I love work on a more personal level to help you and your dog bond and train together.
