I have been sellling homes since 1988. I offer full real estate services including sales, leasing and property management.
I am a Texas Broker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist. I am familiar with all phases of construction and can assist with new home sales, or buying fixer uppers. Of course resale homes and investment homes are great as well.
The greatest benefit I offer is advice on what not to buy. Avoiding a bad deal can save your credit and your finances.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions so that I clearly understand what you are looking for. I also provide realisitic advice on what is possible and what isn't. Once I understand where you want to go, and we've mapped out a plan to get us there, I get to work to find you a home you will be happy with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Texas Broker with over 30 years of experience. I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask how long they've been in the business, whether or not they are full time, whether they support their family doing this or if it's just a hobby. If you are looking for investment properities ask how many investment properties they own. If they answer is zero be very careful.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Where they want to live, how much they can afford and what features they want in a home.
