What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me I will send over my new client information sheet via email for them to review. If they’d like to move forward I will set up a an initial meeting which last about 30 minutes in their home. We will discuss the project scope and budget.
I will provide an initial presentation with pricing and ideas and we will move forward. Usually we will meet every two weeks until the project is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned several furniture and design stores in Austin in the past 20 years. I have designed homes on the Parade of Homes, Austin Loft Tour and my projects have been photographed for nationwide publications.
