I have 18 years of experience working with geriatric and special needs pets. I also work on pets who have been banned from other grooming facilities due to behavior issues. My prices are low and I work quickly, on a one on one basis to get pets back home quickly.
I LOVE ANIMALS, and a portion of the proceeds go directly to our Nonprofit Animal Sanctuary in Elgin TX

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat it up and get to know my clients and their pets as well as possible before they leave their pets with me the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a groomer for 18 years. I learned both from an elderly man who groomed for 20+ years, and self taught. I also have my veterinarian assistant certification so I am fluent in k9 first aid, behavior, nutrition and allergies.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices start at a basic level for a particular size/breed of pet, but each animal is different so prices are usually customized after the initial first meeting.
How did you get started in this business?
I was out of high school and wanted to work with animals, but wasn't interested in going to a 4 yr college at the time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I get all types of customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Your dog will tell you the truth about if your groomer is good or not. Also, I don't recommend chain grooming companies.... and Look for reviews, and ask questions
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask anything, your pet is your family. You should be comfortable leaving them where they're being groomed or boarded. Get to know me, and my own personal pets. You won't be disappointed :)
