What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you're a new customer or returning friend, Artisans Home Repair, LLC treats all of our customers the same way, with the utmost respect and renowned customer service.
Before any work is done, the customer will be well aware of the time, materials, and full scope of work that is to take place. Make no mistake, the customer is in charge!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over 30 years of experience in construction and genaral contracting.

Artisans Home Repair, LLC bills one of two ways depending on the scope of work. If the job will take 3 days or more, we charge 78.00 flat fee for the bid, which is rebated to the customer after the work has been completed, which makes the bid free!
All other jobs that will take anywhere from an hour to 2 days, will be billed on an hourly basis. The first hour is $145 and every hour after that will be $95 billed in increments of 15 minutes which divides into $23.75 per 15 minute increment.
